Emergency Preparedness 101

This program will cover the most effective ways to prepare for and survive ten of the most probable emergencies that families may face. The situations covered will include: Home Fires, Tornadoes, Floods, Utility Outages, Street Crime, Winter Storms, Home Invasion, Epidemics, Evacuations, and Medical Emergencies. All subjects are approached as if no help is available and the individual will be left to survive with his or her own resources and skills for an extend time-period. Home supplies and survival kits will be discussed and specific recommendations for equipment, books and further training will be provided. The instructors at this class are experienced hazard control professions, EMTs and survival instructors.
There is no charge for attending. Contributions are always appreciated.
